From 70-90 Fahrenheit during the day, and 70-80 Fahrenheit at night.  Surface temperatures in the Sea of Cortez fluctuate over the course of the year. The water is generally warmest in August/September and coldest in late winter/early spring. Hot in the summer, and warm in the winter!
