On the hill overlooking the mountains and desert, the peacefulness of this view is a must see. The deck wraps around most of the home with an outdoor kitchen, seating area with firepit and then there is the breathtaking view of ocean and mountains from the upper margarita deck. Walk in the front door and you are greeted with a lovely dome ceiling, bright colors and windows to enjoy the landscape. Kitchen has granite counter tops with an island, range, refrigerator and dishwasher. The cozy living room has a chimnea fireplace. There are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and here is the bonus- a garage!
