    We were told the house was the original place in the park.  It is comfortable year round with five minisplits throughout.

In 2013, we wanted to get rid of the termites, so we removed the roof and all interior walls; raised the floor 4” to treat the ground for termites; installed all new electrical and plumbing.  The kitchen is by Yolyo’s in Guaymas.

Since then, I had a check valve installed in the sewer system.

And, last year, I had a room added to the back of the house with a separate entrance.  Second bath was completely remodeled.  And, 2 new sinks and toilet installed in master bath.

At that time, I had a new water purification system installed and new washing machine.

The house has a wonderful view of the sunrise from a deck that spans the total house.
